With its subsidiaries Syncura (building management) and Rencura (stewardship), the Vande Moortel family is already well established on the Belgian residential building management scene as a building manager and steward. With this holding in GPM and thanks to the know-how in the field of professional advice and the management of corporate real estate, a ready-made answer is now offered to the growing demand for the management of multifunctional sites (mixed sites where housing units, offices and shops are developed together).
Moreover, the current branch network of 17 offices (Syncura and Rencura sites) in Belgium provides cover across the country, enabling GPM to substantially extend its geographic scope of action.
